Recognizing the style differences that make people seem “difficult� is one of the keys to improving workplace productivity. Learning the patterns, preferences and motivators of the four distinct DiSC behavior styles builds a foundation for understanding self and others. This one-day course enables participants explore their own behavior style and learn how to modify it in order to interact more effectively with other styles. Each participant receives a 20-page highly research-validated Everything DiSC Workplace® Profile, tailored to their personal preferences and priorities. The profile is workplace-specific with in-depth information, including tips, strategies and action plans to help participants become more effective.


The facilitation and coaching is highly interactive, featuring a variety of small and large group activities and exercises, which makes the sometimes difficult process of self-evaluation and improvement both fun and effective.
