Learning the patterns, preferences and motivators of the four distinct DiSC behavior styles builds a foundation for understanding self and others. This one-day course enables participants explore their own behavior style and learn how to modify it in order to interact more effectively with other styles.
Each program participant receives a 20-page research-validated Everything DiSC® profile, tailored to their personal preferences and priorities. The profile is workplace-specific with in-depth information, including tips, strategies and action plans to help participants become more effective.
Sessions are highly interactive, featuring a variety of small and large group activities and exercises, which makes the sometimes difficult process of self-evaluation and improvement both fun and effective.
